Why you need it
The hours on tasks are already in the portal, yet the client invoice is still put together by hand from an export.
Time logged on a client’s projects is gathered into a completion certificate at your rates — set per employee or per type of work. The client sees what they’re paying for, and unpaid hours don’t get lost.
