Why you need it
Whether there will be enough money next week usually becomes clear on Friday evening. Payment requests arrive in chat, and the finance manager pieces them together from messages.
A payment request goes through approval and lands in the payment calendar. You can see what money comes in and goes out day by day, where a cash gap is coming, and what the money was spent on by cash flow category.
