Construction: Sites and Progress

Estimate, completed work, and materials for every site without calling the foreman

Why you need it

The estimate is in one file, completed volumes are in the foreman’s notebook, materials leave for the site by the truckload, and nobody knows how much was actually used. The completion certificate for the customer takes a week to put together, and the subcontractor is paid “as agreed.”

For each site you can see what’s in the estimate, what has been completed and accepted by the customer, and how much material was received and used. The foreman enters volumes from the work log, and the completion certificate and the subcontractor settlement are built from the same figures.
