Why you need it
The publishing plan lives in a spreadsheet, approval in chat, images in the designer’s personal folder. The post about a promotion went out a day after it ended because the lawyer had seen the wrong version.
Every piece goes from idea to publication with an author, a designer, and an approver. The calendar shows what’s going out by channel a month ahead, and after publication the reach and reactions are recorded alongside.
