Why you need it
Contracts sit in folders, and nobody remembers when the lease runs out, which contract renews automatically, and which carries a penalty for late notice.
Here every contract is a card with the counterparty, amount, term, and a scan. The portal reminds you ahead of expiry, and a new contract goes through an approval route: lawyer, accountant, manager.
