Why you need it
An online store hands 80 orders a day to three couriers, the addresses are in chat, and the buyers’ money stays in the courier’s pocket until evening. Who delivered how much and who is owed what for the day is worked out from memory.
A delivery order is assigned to a courier with a time window, and the courier marks it delivered, refused, or rescheduled. Cash on delivery and the courier’s pay are calculated per shift, and the cash the courier still has to hand in is visible right away.
