Why you need it
The building’s unit grid is printed out and hangs in the sales office, redrawn with a marker. Two sales reps reserve the same apartment, and how much money is due from installment plans next quarter only the finance manager’s spreadsheet knows.
The grid shows every apartment with its status and price, a reservation holds for a limited time, and the deal carries the buyer’s payment schedule. You can see what’s sold by building and floor and how much will come in month by month.
