Why you need it
Who has paid, how many classes are left, and who showed up — three separate spreadsheets.
Students, groups, and the timetable are tied to class passes: marking attendance deducts a class, and a pass running out triggers a renewal reminder. You can see how full the groups are and the revenue by program.
