Why you need it
A corporate party for 150 people: venue, catering, host, sound, and transfers, each with its own deposit and deadline. The estimate in Excel doesn’t match what has actually been paid, and the agency’s margin only becomes clear after the event.
An event brings together the client’s estimate and contractor costs by line item, the schedule for the day, and the guest list. You can see what’s been paid, what’s outstanding, and how much the agency earned on each project.
