Why you need it
The sales rep says they visited twenty stores, but came back with orders from five. Which outlets haven’t been visited for a month, what’s on the shelf, and why sales dropped in a district — the manager learns from the end-of-month report, when it’s already too late.
The rep gets a route for the day and at each outlet logs the visit, a shelf photo, and the order. The manager sees route completion, missed outlets, and sales by rep and territory.
