Why you need it
The hall was booked on Instagram, then by phone, and on Saturday at noon two groups showed up. The deposit went to the administrator’s personal card, and nobody counts how many hours the hall sits empty.
The calendar shows hall bookings by the hour, customers book for themselves through a public form, and the system won’t let overlaps through. Occupancy by hall and day suggests where to raise the price and where to offer a discount.
