Why you need it
Meter readings arrive as photos in the building chat, charges are calculated in Excel, and a “leak in the stairwell” request is taken by phone and lost. Which residents are three months behind, the accountant will only say by the time of the meeting.
Charges for each apartment are generated by a handler from rates, floor areas, and readings, and payments pay down the debt. Residents submit readings and requests through a public form, and for each request you can see the deadline and the assignee.
