Why you need it
Good ideas are voiced on a smoke break and die there. Someone once wrote a suggestion to the director, got no answer, and doesn’t write anymore.
An employee submits an idea through a form, an expert group evaluates it and makes a decision, and an accepted idea becomes a task. The author sees what’s happening with their suggestion, and the effect of putting it into practice is calculated alongside.
