Why you need it
A parent disputes the monthly amount: the child was ill for a week and no adjustment was made. Who besides the mother may pick the child up is written on a slip of paper kept by the teacher, who is on sick leave today.
The child’s card keeps the parents, authorized persons, and medical notes, and the attendance sheet by group recalculates the fee for absences. Parents’ debts, group occupancy, and an email with the monthly amount — all without spreadsheets.
