Why you need it
Concrete samples sit on a shelf with a slip of paper, the test report is printed from Word with someone else’s letterhead, and the customer has been waiting for the result for a week. Where things are overdue and how many tests were done in a month, nobody can see.
A sample is registered with the customer and the type of test, the test records results against the standards, and the test report prints with a number. Deadlines, staff workload, and lab revenue are visible as of any date.
