Why you need it

The company has three bank loans, two leases, and a loan from its founder, and only the finance manager remembers which payment is due next week. How much is owed to banks in total and how much went on interest over the year has to be pieced together from three online banking accounts.

Each contract keeps its own schedule, and planned payments go into the calendar with a reminder. Actual payments pay down principal and interest, and as of any date you can see the outstanding balance and how much you’ve paid on top of the principal.
