Why you need it
Every morning the office manager collects lunch orders in chat, copies them into the café’s order, and at the end of the month works out who owes how much. Three people are sure they ordered nothing on Wednesday.
The weekly menu is published as a form, employees choose by 11:00 a.m., and the supplier order is put together automatically. By the end of the month there’s a total for each employee: the company’s contribution and the deduction.
