Why you need it
The excavator worked 11 hours on site, the operator writes 14, the customer accepts 9. Reports are on paper, signatures fade, and the monthly invoice goes out late.
A shift report records the hours, the site, and the customer’s signature, and engine hours drive the maintenance schedule. The reports add up to the customer’s invoice and the operator’s pay, and equipment utilization is visible day by day.
