Why you need it
Papers and letters get lost, and the assignments that come out of them aren’t tracked anywhere.
Incoming and outgoing items are registered with a number, a scan, and a reply deadline. An assignment on a document becomes a task for the assignee, and deadline tracking becomes a report for the manager.
