Why you need it
The agency has 120 loaders and cleaners at the sites of nine clients. Timesheets arrive as photos, every client has its own rates, and at the end of the month the client invoices and the workers’ pay take a week to calculate.
A worker goes out to the client’s site on a schedule, the crew leader records the hours, and the timesheet immediately produces the client’s invoice at the client’s rate and the worker’s pay at theirs. Margin by client and site is visible as of any date.
