Why you need it
The license expired on Friday, and it was discovered on Monday, when a customer asked for a copy for a tender. Product certificates, industry accreditations, and fire safety permits are in the lawyer’s folder, and only the lawyer knows where the latest version is.
Each permit keeps a scan, the issuing authority, the number, and the expiry date, and 60 and 30 days ahead the owner gets a reminder and a renewal task. You can see what’s valid, what’s expiring, and what’s required for a particular type of work.
