Why you need it
Each agent keeps properties in their own phone, three agents show the same house to different clients, and when an agent leaves, their database leaves too. Commission is split from memory and argued over every month.
All properties and buyers sit in a shared database with photos and parameters, and matching is done by filtering on the client’s requirements. Viewings are logged, the deal moves through stages, and the commission is split between agents automatically by rule.
