Why you need it
A driver takes a car and pays rent every day — half by transfer to the director’s card, half in cash. Fines, repairs, and downtime are written in a notebook, and the driver’s balance is always in dispute.
Rent is deducted from the driver’s balance every day, and payments, fines, and compensation top it up or reduce it. For each car you can see how much it brought in and what it cost.
