Why you need it
In the fall a customer comes for their summer tires, and on the rack there’s no tag and no record of where their set is. Who paid for storage until spring and who for just a month, one employee remembers.
Booking for the seasonal change, a tire fitting order, and a storage contract with a rack location. Before the season the customer gets an email invitation, and the “to be collected by date” list is ready for the shift.
