Why you need it
Every evening the bakery collects requests from forty stores by phone, in the morning the driver makes the rounds, and two days later picks up the unsold bread. What each outlet took, what it returned, and how much it owes is pulled together by the accountant from delivery notes.
An outlet submits its request through a public form or with the “same as yesterday” template, and the requests are combined into a production job for the workshop and a delivery route. Returns are counted for each outlet, and the return rate suggests who should be getting less.
