Openings, candidates, and stages in one place, not in the recruiter’s inbox

Why you need it
Résumés arrive by email, in messengers, and from job boards, and only the recruiter knows who is at which stage. The manager asks for the third time how many people have been considered for the opening, and a good candidate goes to a competitor because nobody called back for a week.
An opening moves candidates through a pipeline of stages: application, call, interview, test task, offer. Candidates fill in the application form themselves via a public link, and for each opening you can see how many people are at each stage, where the pipeline loses people, and how many days it took to fill.
