Why you need it
Clients, contacts, leads and deals in one place — no separate CRM and no moving data between systems.
Every page is a workplace: key figures at the top, a list with filters and tabs, and the card of the selected record on the right. Clients, contacts, deals, leads, touchpoints, invoices, payments, contracts and products all work the same way.
Website requests arrive on their own: the public form “Website request” creates a lead, and it goes to the manager with the fewest leads in progress. One button turns a lead into a client, a contact and a deal; if the client is already in the base, it is found by email, phone or name instead of being created twice.
Deals move through the pipeline: new, qualification, proposal, negotiation, won or lost. The board is drag-and-drop, and a lost deal cannot be closed without a reason — in six months you will see where you lose clients.
Every new deal gets a first call scheduled right away, and the “No next step” tab shows deals nobody has planned anything for — that is usually where money is lost.
Add line items with a discount to a deal; the total and the weighted forecast are calculated automatically. The quotation, invoice, contract and completion certificate are printed straight from the card.
Touchpoints — calls, meetings, emails — come with the date of the next step. The calendar shows touchpoints, task deadlines and planned deal closings for the month.
The home page and “Analytics” put the sales picture together: turnover, conversion, pipeline, lead sources and manager performance — for any period and compared with the previous one. Ten ready-made reports: pipeline, plan vs actual, sales, invoices due, manager ranking and more.
A won deal is posted to the sales register automatically: turnover by client, manager and product for any period. Invoices and payments show who owes how much, and contracts show which ones are about to expire.
Every morning the CRM reminds managers about stalled deals and contacts’ birthdays. The interface is available in Russian, English, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani and Turkish.

How it works
The package is installed into your company as a whole and is ready to use straight away. Your data stays yours — the marketplace neither sees nor stores it. Everything that was installed can be edited with the regular builder: fields, cards, permissions, handlers. Remove what you don’t need and add your own.
When a new version comes out, the portal sends a notification and shows what will change. An update leaves your own changes alone and never touches your records.
